Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging and accessories.

Customers are entitled to handle goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may be entitled to account for diminished value where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved or required by law, we will process the refund in 30 days in  accordance with the applicable terms and legal requirements.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Return Costs
